The week in review

Monday - "The Kwik way to learning"  A mini course in speed learning, including speed reading and remembering names. "If Rip Van Winkle woke up today,” says Kwik, “the only thing he would recognize is our education system. It was created for 18^th century needs, to train people to work in factories or the farm."

Tuesday - "My 1,000th blog post"  A little bit of history on this blog and its predecessors. "It's been an interesting journey. My 1st post was on September 11, 2012 and the 2nd was almost 2 years later! Although I didn't really start blogging for real until September 1, 2014. At that time, I was blogging Monday through Friday."

Wednesday -  "What about dear old Dad?" A post from my SendOutCards blog. "And don't think that it's too late to send a card or a gift. The only card that's too late is the one that's never sent!"

Thursday - "Show your appreciation this Father’s Day #TBT" Another Father's Day post! "When was the last time you showed your dad how much you appreciate him? Sure, big things are fun – whether it is a gift or an adventure. But you should never underestimate the value of the little things. Dad would love to hear about the lessons you’ve learned from him, the traits you most admire in him, the things you love most about him."
