But SendOutCards isn't personal enough

I hear that from time to time, but I'm wondering if the people who say it have actually thought about it. Here are a few comparisons:
  1. Is it more personal to buy one of thousands of identical cards or to have a card created especially for the recipient?
    1. SendOutCards doesn't print thousands of cards ahead of time, hoping to sell them someday. Each card is printed when it's ordered and printed for a specific recipient
    2. That's why SendOutCards are cheaper than store bought. According to the US Post Office, $3.5 Billion in cards get purchased and are never actually sent. (Cards purchased by retail outlets and put on the racks and cards purchased by the consumers). This represents over 1/2 of the entire industry sales! So, each card you buy at the store is actually paying for two cards...the one you buy and another one that isn't sent
  2. Is it more personal to stuff a few photographs inside the envelope or to arrange them artistically and have them printed directly on the card?
    1. Who actually prints out pictures anyhow? And how many copies would you have to print to include them with all the cards you want to send?
  3. Is it more personal to scratch your message and signature onto the card with a 98 cent Bic ballpoint pen or to have it printed on a multi-million dollar laser printer?
    1. You'll have to use your Bic once to create your handwriting font, but after that your handwriting and signature will be included as a font that you can choose from
Although, if you consider going to the store, looking through the often limited choices of cards, finding one that kind of says what you want, standing in line to pay for it, getting it home, pulling out your Bic and writing your message and signature, putting the card into the envelope, addressing the envelope, putting a stamp on it and getting it in the mail is more personal, then we can't help you.

Two of the three main reasons that people don't send cards anymore is because of price and inconvenience, and SendOutCards handles both of those problems. And the third reason? People forget birthdays and anniversaries. But guess what? SendOutCards will remind you 3 weeks before a birthday or anniversary, giving you plenty of time to get your inexpensive, convenient card in the mail.

And better yet, unlike Hallmark and the other companies, SendOutCards will pay you back a percentage of all the cards and gifts that you, and your friends, send...every month, if you become a distributor.
