The week in review - June 8, 2018

Monday - "Relationship Marketing Grand Summit" If you're in sales or marketing, you need to be here. "This event is a steal at $149 for the entire 2 day event, but you can get a discounted ticket of $99 for both days...that's one-third off the already low price since you're reading this blog post!"

Tuesday - "Are you sending as many cards as you need to send?" If you think you are, you're probably wrong. "According to Facebook I have 40 friends with birthdays in the month of June alone! That doesn't count the anniversaries, thank yous, and nice to meet yous."

Wednesday - "Marketing With Purpose!" This post was based on an excellent presentation by my friend Kimmer Sue! "Keep in mind that marketing should always be aimed at your customer's needs. Highlight the benefits they will experience from buying from you, not what you can do for them."

Thursday - "The One-Minute Presentation #TBT" Is your presentation too long? If it's more than a minute, it is. "You can see that this answers their three questions and now they can decide if they want to join or not. Or if they have more questions. Why spend a half hour explaining everything to someone only to find that they're not interested?"
