Thank you

No blog post on relationship marketing today. I just want to take a minute to thank you for taking the time to read what I have to say. I know there are a couple of you that have read this from the beginning and you'll never know how much that has meant to me. It's what has kept me going for the past 8 1/2 months.

I don't want this to only be about me, I want to write about the things you want to read about. A couple of you have given me some ideas. Thank you Shauna Napier and Anne Landefeld! And thanks to Elizabeth Walker for winning some brownies in my 200th blog post contest. I haven't forgotten about your favorite post…I haven't had a chance to make the field trip.

Please take a minute to leave a comment here or on the FB post about the blog. I'd love to know who reads this. What you like or don't like. What you'd like to see me write about. And whether you'd like to write a guest blog post.

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Interesting days

May is https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/get-caught-reading-month/ You can catch me most months! It's also https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/hamburger-month/ and https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/barbecue-month/ There's nothing like burgers, brats and dogs cooking on the grill (No, not those brats and dogs, but I know the feeling!). And it's https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/photo-month/ Since nearly everyone has a camera in the palm of their hand, I think it's pretty much always Photo Month

In case you're wondering, her name is Tuba (And no, I won't go there!)

Next Friday - https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/iris-day/ and https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/military-spouse-appreciation-day/. My kids were 8 & 4 when I went away for 6 months of training with the California Air National Guard. I know it was hard on her. I can't imagine what it's like for the wives or husbands of those who are deployed for longer periods of time and/or in combat situations. First we have No Pants Day and now, just one short week later, we have https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/no-socks-day/

I forgot to include May 31 yesterday, so here it is: https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/save-your-hearing-day/https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/no-tobacco-day/ and https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/macaroon-day/ How about a nice, quiet walk in the park with some nice, homemade macaroons and without the cigarettes? And to help you out, here's a recipe for macaroons (if you need a taste tester, let me know!). http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/coconut-macaroons-recipe3.html

June 1 - https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/go-barefoot-day/ I think I'm starting to see a theme developing here. What's next? It's also https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/thank-god-its-monday-day/ Really? And what about https://www.daysoftheyear.com/days/say-something-nice-day/
