How to make use of this blog #TBT

Today's blog post was originally published last year. Kimmer Sue and I were actually talking about making use of the interesting days in our Meetup yesterday! And her calendar of fun days to celebrate is available now for $15 if you're in the Modesto area and can pick it up, otherwise it's $20...but the price goes up by $5 on Saturday...see her contact info below:

This blog is a tool for you to use. Try applying some of the things that you read about. Feel free to share any posts that you find interesting. Celebrate the various interesting days.

Ideally, you'd read the blog every day that it's published...which is Monday through Saturday of most weeks. But if not, I highly recommend reading the Friday and Saturday posts. The post on Friday is a wrap-up of the Monday through Thursday posts. Generally Monday through Wednesday are new posts, while Thursday is a throwback to that date in a previous year. Saturday's post is a wrap-up of the interesting days for the current week, as well as all of the days coming up the following week, and also a month out. This way you can see what's coming up the following week.

Don't ignore the interesting days, especially if you're in business. These days make a fun way to reach out to your clients and prospects.

For example, my friends Kimmer Sue and her husband, Michael Flynn, of Vision Graphix are experts at sending out fun cards to keep in touch with clients and prospects. Here's an example of a card they sent me:

If weekly is still too much for you, you can read the monthly wrap-up that comes out on the first Sunday of the following month. The wrap-up for November just came out on December 1st. You'll see a list of all the blog posts that were published during the preceding month. It's still a decent way to see what's been going on.

And the annual wrap-up comes out on the second Sunday in January for the preceding year. I don't really recommend this way of using the blog, but if you can only handle once a year, it's there for you. Here's the year in review for 2018.

There you have it. I highly recommend reading it every day, but if not, then at least once a week will still keep you current with the blog posts as well as the interesting days.
