  1. You are going to bed at the wrong time, for YOU. 
  2. You stay in bed too long.
  3. Your bedroom environment is disturbing your sleep.
  4. Your Bedpartner is keeping you from getting good sleep.
  5. You ate or drank something that is reducing your sleep quality. 
  6. You could have a sleep disorder. 
I know number 1 applies to me and probably most of the others, although number 4 doesn't apply!
