3 reasons why you should be doing relationship marketing #TBT

Today's blog post is from two years ago. Relationship marketing is also known as appreciation marketing or referral marketing. Last week I talked a little about what relationship marketing is and today I'm going to talk about why you should be doing it.

1. You'll get new customers

Let your customers/clients know you care about their business


3. You'll stay top of mind


How many of you got a birthday card from your dentist, insurance agent or other service provider? Go ahead, raise your hand. Now keep your hand raised if you remember that person's name. Raise it even higher if you're likely to refer that person to a friend.
