The week ending October 5:

Tuesday - "#GivingTuesday" Coming up right after Thanksgiving.

Wednesday - "Going from top of mind to center of heart" Being top of mind is good, but being center of heart is better.

Thursday - "Thinking outside the box #TBT" How to think more creatively.

Monday - "The Libraries of Famous Men - Bruce Lee" An article from The Art of Manliness.

Tuesday - "Will the real Frank William Abagnale please stand up" A look at the "hero" of the movie Catch Me If You Can. 

Wednesday - "How Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Will Make You a Better Man" Another post based on a podcast from AoM. 

Thursday - "Is caffeine causing your sleeplessness? #TBT" Is caffeine keeping you up at night?

The week ending October 19:


Monday - "How To Prepare Your Sleep For The End Of Daylight Savings 2018" An article by Dr. Michael Breus.

Tuesday - "Happy #PlayingCardCollectionDay" Yes, there is such a thing!

Wednesday - "What's Your First Impression?" A presentation by my friend, Kimmer Sue.

Thursday - "Just what is normal, anyway? #TBT" Good question.
