The week in review - January 4, 2019

Monday - "How To Sleep Better On New Year’s Eve, Even If You Stay Out Late" From The Sleep Doctor. "Let’s face it New Years is a fun holiday where we do a lot of drinking, eating, dancing, watching TV late, and of course celebrating! The big question is: How can we have all the fun and avoid the New Year’s Day exhaustion and start the year off feeling healthy?"

Tuesday - "Happy New Year!" No blog post. "Enjoying the holiday! I hope you are too."

Wednesday - "Business Acceleration Workshop" Starting up again! "These workshops will show you how to use relationship marketing to grow your business, no matter what that business might be."

Thursday - "Get More Done With the Rule of 3 #TBT" Do you have too many items on your to-do list? "At the beginning of each day, before you start working, decide what three things you want to accomplish by the end of the day. Do the same at the start of every week.”
