I've read a copy of the e-book since I bought a copy of this book during the pre-launch. It's a really good book with lots of practical tips plus lots of case studies showing how businesses have used relationship marketing to grow their businesses.

I'm hoping to go to the pre-launch event in San Diego on Saturday, but it depends on whether I can get some work done on my car before then! If not, I'll probably go to the launch event in Las Vegas on the 28th.
