The week in review - March 29, 2019

Monday - "Mission and vision...and purpose statements?" What's your purpose? "The purpose is "why" we do something, whether in business or in our personal lives."

Tuesday - "Rethinking the goal setting process" Goals, dreams and wishes. "In life, there is a very close similarity between ‘Dreams’ and ‘Wishes’. However, ‘Dreams’ are more complex than ‘wishes’."

Wednesday - "S/he's making a (bucket) list, and checking it twice " All about bucket lists. "A bucket list could be considered just a wish list until you decide that you're really going to do the items on the list."

Thursday - "How to Fall Asleep in 2 Minutes or Less #TBT" Sounds like a good thing to know. "To accomplish the first goal, Winter taught the men how to physically relax. To accomplish the second, he taught them how to mentally relax. In fact, he essentially defined sleep as the state of being both physically and mentally relaxed."
