All the news that's fit to wrap around a dead fish |
The week in review
Tuesday - "Meeting new people? Fill out the F.O.R.M." Now that you've decided to talk to more people, what on earth do you say to them? "As was suggested yesterday, it's often best to start with a compliment and then continue by asking the FORM questions in rotation."
Wednesday - "Dead ant, dead ant..." Getting rid of those pesky Automatic Negative Thoughts. "We live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with fear and bad news that triggers our automatic negative thinking—ANTS! Need proof? Just turn on the TV or cruise through the net. Doom and gloom stories dominate the headlines—because fear makes us pay attention."
Thursday - "I am, I said #TBT" More on ANT killing! "Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what's real or not. If you tell yourself something over and over again, your subconscious will accept it as true. This is where a lot of our self image problems come in...if you hear something often enough, whether from yourself or others, you believe it and it becomes who you are."
